When I recently called up the Very Short Introductions section of the Oxford University Press website to check if any interesting natural history themed volumes were visible on the horizon, I found myself quoting that iconic, charismatic leader of the O.W.C.A. (Organization Without a Cool Acronym), Major Francis Monogram, in exclaiming “Good googly moogly!” at so many forthcoming volumes being discovered there.
In April we’ll see the release of Gravity, followed by Weather

May will bring Animal Behaviour, Organic Chemistry
, and Circadian Rhythms
.
The Atmosphere will make its appearance in June.
Oceans is to be published in October.
And finally, Dinosaurs will see a second edition in December (I bet they’re busy adding a few pages after the recent paradigm shift in that area of study).
