What with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in a fight for its very existence, the recent publication of Pamela Hill’s Environmental Protection in the Oxford University Press What Everyone Needs to Know® series seems particularly timely indeed.
Ms. Hill, formerly Deputy Regional Counsel at the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s New England Regional Office and presently lecturer in environmental law at Boston University School of Law, is so extraordinarily well qualified to guide readers through this very pressing subject that it is difficult to image anyone not wishing to avail her or himself of the opportunity to learn what she has to teach bout the subject through this book.
