An advance reading copy of David E. Alexander’s forthcoming book On the Wing: Insects, Pterosaurus, Birds, Bats and the Evolution of Animal Flight arrived from Oxford University Press recently, and I have to say – it looks very interesting indeed.

Publication is indicated as being scheduled for October 2015. My reading of it will likely take place in early August.
