While patronizing the county's only free-standing Starbuck's (I don't count the one in the Safeway) for the procurement of an afternoon espresso, I noted this sign on the notice board. I can fully understand working for a smaller feral cat population, but just what exactly would constitute a "better feral cat population" (other than a smaller once, of course)?
